What is 3D Scanning?
3D scanning captures the shape and surface geometry of a real-world object and creates a detailed digital representation.
Instead of relying solely on individual measurements, photographs and templates, a 3D scan provides digital reference geometry that can be viewed, measured and used within compatible CAD and reverse-engineering workflows.
